Our Terms and Conditions
- • Accommodation will be provided from the Package list depending on group size. Final Accommodation will be sent to the client 7days prior Arrival.
- • All Itineraries are subjected to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case road block etc. due to weather or payload restriction. However, Ghumakkadi will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to the same. The itinerary flow is subject to change and if any changes then additional cost which has to be borne by client.
- • Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- • In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
- • Please carry valid photo Identity proof issued by Govt. of India (Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID and Passport)
- • Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and availability and same will be updated to client on daily basis.
- • While Onboarding, please fill the declaration form correctly, which is a testimonial that you are a law abiding citizen of India and you are not bared from moving and roaming anywhere nationally or Internationally.
